This is my fifth Toyota pick up. The first was a little 4 cylinder in the 1980s. My kids wore it out.
I have not had any major issues, just worn out stuff because I keep them and wear is normal. Quality is always excellent. Service at Smart has always been very good. No complaints.

They didn't deny my whole truck. I came in when I told them the light was on, they didn't fix that, but they did fix the water pump. When you're coming now, when an engine light owned, they supposed to check the whole vehicle.But they didn't.They only fixed the water pump

We scheduled, what we thought would be a 30 minute service at 11:30 (10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation). We arrived early (10:15) to ensure we didn’t hold anyone up. We waited in the car to be checked in for 10 minutes. When we were finally checked in we sat in the waiting room for an hour before the car was even rolled into the bay. We watched it roll in. We then sat for another 30 minutes before someone came to talk to us, and then the service was done about 20 minutes after that. We will not be returning. We wasted 2 hours of our day in Madison sitting and waiting for what should have been 20-30 minutes to begin with. Had this not been scheduled and we just dropped in, I would understand that we had to wait. The fact that it was scheduled was extremely frustrating. I can’t imagine running a business in this way.
