Sergio was fine, but the fact you guys didn’t tighten everything down tight enough, to cause me to have to come back with service warning lights going off. But to not even offer to pay for the break fluid I had to purchase to make it back so you guys could fix the mess up? Or an oil change voucher? Instead I had to waste two hours before work coming to get your mess up fixed. Super not satisfied.

Really disappointed that I booked an appointment on the app and they couldn’t see it. They initially dismissed me but Dave got me in without drama.

Missing screw on rear bumper area, when looking closer a small bracket that the screw goes in is broken. One of the service writers knows of the issue. He tried to get it taken care of when I picked up my truck. It needs a part or two replaced. Pretty minor but disappointing.

I had a fob replace. First quoted $30], then fob became out of stock, did not get a call back when in stock, then quoted and paid $530. End result was good, just getting there was bumpy

Service advisor kept me informed via text on status. In person interaction could have been better. He didn’t seem like he really wanted to be there and wasn’t very interested in answering my questions.
