Your service tech’s were all great but your online scheduling system is not at all! It took me three different trips to finally end up with my tire pressure sensor to be addressed properly. From now on, I will just schedule by phone. Since it appears no one actual reads the comment section, suggest that the online intake encourage people to call if any special service need.

My appt was for 7am. I was one of the first cars Into the bay. However, it took over an hour for the work yo be completed. 4 people had come in after me for the same work and were done 15-25 min before me. I also discovered, while driving,bthat my hood latch was not secured, causing me to have to pull over on 39/90 to sevure my hood. Very dangerous and unnerving situation.
