Gregorio didn’t provided a good service. The first day 11/28, was clear he didn’t want to be there working. And he provided incorrect information about steps. That end in cost me more money. I went 3 different times to Toyota.
He seems not to listen the consumer I hope
I never need to work with him again.

Ian was wonderful, easy to work with and knowledgeable.
Our van door is still giving us the same issue. It wont open from the outside using the door handle.
I was at Toyota about an hour for tire rotation and vehicle check. No issues.
Being a senior not so mobile person, Ian was very helpful and went out of his way to make my visit as smooth as possible.

Dealer said I needed a brake fluid flush and said they could do it right away and be done by 945. Truck didn’t go to main garage for brake flush until 945. Had another appointment that unfortunately I was late getting to. Recommend whennsuggeating additional service at appointment time, need to give more accurate times for add ons.

MY car's TOMS warning light was on and I had requested a check for that. I also reminded this to the person that checked me in. When I came to pick the car up, I was told that the light was off. I even saw a 17.50$ charge for it on the bill. However, when I started the car, the warning light was still on. After going back in, I was told that it might be an issue with the sensor.
The whole thing folt like proper investigation was not done.
I was very happy with Katie and the team that worked on my car. They did a great job and it really didn’t take very long for them to complete the job.
The only minor issue is that the maintenance required light is still on.
Went in for a tire rotation and the appointment went really well. Appreciated the customer service.
