The reason I said no was that I expected the truck to be complete in one day. I dropped off at 7AM and expected it could have been turned over the same day. It took two full days to complete.

My issue is nothing to do with the service advisor. I was told I could come back and redeem a free car wash anytime during business hours. I came back the next day and wash was out of service. I was frustrated by that.

This was the first time I received an oil change and didn’t have anyone review the multipoint vehicle inspection with me. When I got my invoice, it said customer has chosen to defer completion of recommended repairs at this time—vehicle due for alignment. An alignment was never discussed with me.
