My next service sticker was not updated on my windshield, Tire Air pressure was still low and Car Washing was closed very early at 5 pm or before that. i will check the Oil level again and come tomorrow again
I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have four paid services as part of the purchase agreement. Today, December 15, 2025, I left my truck at 9:45 AM. My wife picked it up at 5:04 PM and they charged her $154. Now I have to go back to file a complaint. What a waste of time!
David was very helpful with getting me checked in and referred for a loaner car. The service and communication was excellent.

Too long a tale for this brief question. Three and a half hours for a scheduled appointment to change oil, rotate tires, and change two lightbulbs. Only made progress because I kept asking reps what progress was being made. After such lousy service, at least vehicle was running well.
The one thing that I like about Gregorio is that he’s very clear and communicates about what’s gonna happen with your vehicle from start to finish. He went out of his way today to register my vehicle knowing my vehicle had been towed in and I wasn’t present. My car today was done within a day for some major repairs abs I don’t ever see that happen anywhere else. The other main thing is I am able to get a loaner vehicle - this is a plus being I live in a small town with out any public transportation .

Youre not committed. Committment Not even close to the Smart family. The Baxter group has cut costs, cut effeciencys and most of all, cut the relationships that were strengthened under the Smart family. Its not fixable with a review like this. I believe its been 20 years ive driven from Cambridge Wisconsin and now service 5 toyotas but over that time were many more. I will not come back. Please do not call me...it wont do a thing to help.
