I specifically said, "NO" tire rotation when I scheduled my appointment! I WAS CHARGED for one. I called when my husband got home. The gentleman that I spoke with said my credit card would be credited... Please verify.
Very good communication throughout the process. The mechanic was very thorough checking the battery's ability to hold a charge going forward.
Justin was a perfect, well informed gentleman. He even delivered the concluding papers the exact minute he predicted. He’s a KEEPER.
Spare wasn't checked. When I asked why it wasn't, I was told "you probably don't have a spare ". This is not correct as I looked after I got home. She could easily have looked to see if there was one and checked it.

I am so impressed with your service department. Alyssa kept me informed every step of the way as promised. When I picked up my vehicle Dave helped me troubleshoot a problem I was having. We are happy we purchased a Toyota.
He was so accommodating about my filters and getting them replaced for me. He had his manager help with the filter in the engine compartment. He had him take care of the service because he didn’t want to try to do something he wasn’t familiar with. It was a situation where the engine filter compartment has broken tabs, so it doesn’t stay shut, so it is kept shut with a metal strap around the compartment.
Alyssa was great but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of my vehicle and how it was handled.

David did an excellent job in communicating and working with me throughout the lengthy process of repairs that my vehicle needed it was not an average repair. I’m very satisfied with how he handled everything it’s obvious he is a an asset for Smart motors
