I specifically said, "NO" tire rotation when I scheduled my appointment! I WAS CHARGED for one. I called when my husband got home. The gentleman that I spoke with said my credit card would be credited... Please verify.

Spare wasn't checked. When I asked why it wasn't, I was told "you probably don't have a spare ". This is not correct as I looked after I got home. She could easily have looked to see if there was one and checked it.

I am so impressed with your service department. Alyssa kept me informed every step of the way as promised. When I picked up my vehicle Dave helped me troubleshoot a problem I was having. We are happy we purchased a Toyota.

He was so accommodating about my filters and getting them replaced for me. He had his manager help with the filter in the engine compartment. He had him take care of the service because he didn’t want to try to do something he wasn’t familiar with. It was a situation where the engine filter compartment has broken tabs, so it doesn’t stay shut, so it is kept shut with a metal strap around the compartment.
