The only complaint I have is that we were asked to stand outside of our vehicle in the garage after we arrived. We ended up standing there for at least 10 minutes after someone had already confirmed our name and that we were there for an appointment and why. No idea why we couldn’t have gone to sit in the waiting area inside. If anyone had any questions at that point they could have come asked us. Just odd to make your customers stand in your garage by their vehicle. Check in the customer and let them go relax.

Please inform parts stores to send owners of certain Hybrids, to send customers to dealerships for battery replacement. And inform persons who buy those cars the same thing. I had 4 batteries from the parts store that weren’t right (although the computer listed them) before I went to the dealership. They did it right and I was relieved when I left. They were great. Merry Christmas!
You asked me if I wanted you to change the air filter
I answered yes. You did not say anything about the cabin filter. I paid almost 50 dollars for a cabin filter that I wouldn't have changed

The needed parts were not in stock so the repair was not completed. I would have liked to have known this before I brought my vehicle in for service.
She was professional and easy to interact with. I was accidentally charged for a tire rotation from the service department when my car was in to get new tires. She caught this before I paid and quickly changed it.
Completed job, sent info via text, cost was exactly what was estimated.
This was the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of there and Eric is the most professional employee I’ve encountered. He’s going places, hopefully it is at Smart Motors.

It seems to me that the part necessary should have been ordered when I made the appointment on line. That caused an unnecessary delay. Beyond that, Alysa was very helpful and, in the end, everything was taken care of and I am back on the road. Minor issue.
