It’s just pretty ridiculous that you don’t do free tire rotations for tires purchases and installed at your Toyota. Other than that, the service was fine.
My appointment was 10 AM and my car was not done until 5 PM

What a frustrating and disappointing experience I have had the past month with Smart. We’ve been loyal customers for more than a decade - my husband and I took two different cars we’ve owned here - and I’ll never be back. After taking our car in 2 weeks ago for a broken patch that was fixed, along with other issues they found (totaling ~$600). The inspection they did turned up nothing else wrong. After a week or so, our anti-lock brake system light came on, so we brought it back to be checked. They then told us we needed all our tires replaced ($1600) and when I asked why that didn’t show up a week ago, they said their measurement tool must have been mis-calibrated. So we OKed the work assuming it was necessary and let them run a diagnostic. They then quoted us another ~$3500 in repairs later that day, none of which had been mentioned at the last visit. When we said we didn’t want to do any of the work because it made more sense to trade it in with repair costs so high, they still did the tires, which we then had to wait to be changed out again and we’re still charged ~$600 - for nothing! Such an insanely frustrating, time-consuming process, with constantly changing information and a ton of unclear costs.

It was a long and tortuous process. A lot was done that didn't fix the problem and was therefore written off by the dealership. In the end, it turned out to be a common seasonal problem; mice and wires. While it took some time to find and fix the problem, the service people were thorough and made certain the truck had four wheel capability. I would not hesitate to use the repair service again.
Very quick service and good recommendation for maintence. I got my next appointment scheduled same day!
