Eric was amazing. Can’t say enough about his excellent customer service. He let me know I needed new tires and was able to fit that in along with my scheduled maintenance. He provided an estimated completion time which he beat by a mile. Very satisfied.
I have a grand Highlander and got a Corolla for a loaner. Something comparable would have been nice. Especially for a recall on a new car.

While I am very satisfied with Smart Motors and Paul’s performance, I very much regret to inform you I will never buy another Toyota. I have owned 5 Toyotas and they have been great vehicles. However, Toyota CEO’s wearing of a MAGA hat and political contributions to US politicians to weaken emissions standards and remove incentives for EVs are unconscionable when the world is facing climate change. I will continue to take my vehicle to Smart Motors but I will never buy a Toyota there or anywhere again.

I was satisfied with Jenna but discouraged tire pressure wasn't checked or if it was the 4 weren't the same and my glove box materials were shoved back in very messy. No doubt service techs are underpaid but performance shouldn't reflect that.
