Eric went above and beyond with his customer service! When I called for my service, I told them I needed a light bulb replaced. When I brought the car in, you didn’t have my bulb in stock. He told me where I could buy one and then told me I could bring it back and he would put it in for me. I worked in customer service for years and he deserves recognition!

For the second time in about 2 years of oil change, the technician failed to retighten the spare tire after testing/topping of the air. I know you have performance metrics for the staff, but recommend your quality assurance team conduct a root cause analysis to find why this keeps happening (I can’t be the only customer for which this happens). Even if proven to be human error - you need to fix the “why”. Or just tell your customers upfront that given current economic realities, for smart Toyota to stay in business, some errors are to be expected. This is contributing to where I am choosing to buy a new car this spring.

I wish/would have like to talk to a mechanic when I picked up my vehicle. the automatic generated last message implied that everything was fixed, but I do realize that it was auto-generated.
