I left a voice mail. Seems like the hitch receiver plug was removed and not put back in the hitch or was placed somewhere in the vehicle where I can’t find it. Also when driving home I hear loud rattles in the back seat area. Seems my carpet mat was shoved under the rear seats and the seats were not locked in place. Makes me totally question those who did the application on my vehicle. Not real happy with my service today.

Katie was phenomenal. She was so kind from start to finish. When she communicated with me about my inspection, we found out that my car battery hadn’t been replaced as I thought it had been from a different car service. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me to find support to alleviate my problem. After resolving my issue with my previous dealership she was so quick to help make the situation easy by scanning documents and just providing a comforting presence. She truly made the most of a stressful situation for me and I am so grateful. As someone new to the area I feel so comforted knowing that I can return to Middleton Toyota to get the support I need. In the future, I’ll absolutely request to have Katie help with my service advisory needs because I felt so well taken care of. She is exactly the kind of person you’d want to hire to guarantee that your customers feel welcomed and valued. Thank you SO SO much Katie!

My vehicle reported malfunction in the SAS airbag system and the blind spot monitor. Toyota technician said they could not duplicate. Yet the vehicle still repots both malfunctions.
This does not give me great confidence in the ability of your technician.

In for oil change and service tech did not reset the oil status indicator. Would have required another visit just to reset it. Did find a YouTube video that helped me do it myself. But seems to be a pretty obvious thing to complete when getting an oil change.
