I have a couple of issues with the service report. One... the report said my air filter was in the yellow, meaning it should be replaced soon. Reality...I installed a new Fram air filter minutes before my appointment. Two...the report said my washer fluid was topped off. I got home and it wasn't. I added over one half gallon to top it off (this one happens every time I get service).

This vehicle is now in my name, Sharon Sweet, as my husband, Phillips, died recently. I was told that change would be made. I asked if the car wash could be done by an attendant and it was. It was a small thing but I am feeling very anxious about any car care, since I am elderly and trying to cope with all the details my husband handled. I appreciated that small courtesy.

I did not want any inspection whatsoever, I brought my truck in for transmission flush. My heater now makes noises since you pulled out my cabin filter to try and sell me a service I did not request.

Last minute decision to make an appointment for Monday on Sunday afternoon online. Arrived early and they checked us in and were able to get started right away. They did suggest an alignment since it looked like it could be out of alignment when I pulled in the service center bay. Something I would not have done if not mentioned! Service time was shorter than they thought it would be and I was back on the road home..

I entered the main service building today right before 12:25 pm for multipoint inspection including the tire rotation checking/adjustment. I waited for almost two hours and then I was told “my vehicle was ready”. However, I finished paying my due, but in the next moment I found the post service car was not starting at all, although a few minutes earlier an official report was shared with me stating that the car’s existing battery health status was in green zone. In the next, I was told a tech needed to check the battery again. I had to wait again which was okay maybe. Soon afterwards I was told I needed to replace the battery. I had to pay for the battery and a corresponding service charge again! Apart from that I did not get any comprehensive explanation on the issue resolving either from the technician or the service agent. Truly speaking, I found the front desk person was over commercial and doesn’t know how to handle the prospective customer well. Today I was completely dissatisfied or I should rather say: negatively satisfied with the service provided today. It was a great inconvenience actually.

Vehicle sat outside the window for 15 minutes after completion and was not notified it was done until I went up to desk. Not sure how much longer I would have had to wait

I have had the vehicle less than 2 years and the bumper to bumper doesn’t cover the diagnostic which was disappointing. Also the first price that was quoted to me for new tires was much higher than what I could get from my old repair shop. In fact the next price they quoted me was about 2 hundred more than I could get from old repair shop,
