Ian helped us with difficult decisions at a time where our family lost a loved elderly grandmother. He understood our car was in need of attention; we knew the auto service would be during the difficult time of preparing a burial out of state. He was gracious, kind, and thoughtful of our needs. We will continue to purchase cars from Smart die to the continued excellent service we receive. Two new and one used cars have been found at Smart; we expect our next to also be a Smart purchase based on the care we received from Ian.

Interior cabin filter cover was left sitting on the front seat and the engine cover was just left laying on top of the engine. Ataff inside were friendly.

As I replied recently, Vincent is a gem! You seem to have excellent staff - becoming more & more rare, alas. Don’t have the name of the gentleman with whom I checked-out today ( around 9:30ish am), but he was very personable, efficient, & a pleasure to deal with.

Completely disappointed in the Toyota experience. To be quoted $2800 to fix audio on a 2 yr old car is unacceptable. Clearly quality and value are no longer cornerstones of the brand. I need another car in April…..was planning on Toyota but no more.
