I’m so appreciative of all the work that was done, and that I was charged only for what fixed the vehicle. The driver door was checked for leaks by running thru the car wash. Mechanic concluded no leak yet I found water drops on the inside of the window while driving home from the dealership.

I phoned ahead and scheduled a routine maintenance tire rotation and oil change with the usual multi-point inspection. I arrived about 5 minutes before my 9:00 a.m. scheduled appointment. The service department received my vehicle and gave me an approximate hour to hour and a half time before it would be ready for me. I sat down in the waiting area. A little around 11:15 I noticed my vehicle was parked outside. Jose came and talked with several customers, and I figured I would be next. Noon came and went, still waiting for him. At 12:30 I saw him at the service counter and inquired about my vehicle. He did some searching and found the work order in a drawer. He apologized for the delay, I paid the fee and left. No harsh words or explanations were exchanged. Somebody must have misfiled the paperwork.

I truly appreciated the exceptionally good service I received from David. My appointment on 1/6/26 was a follow up to a previous appointment in Dec. and he remembered all the details of the Dec. appointment. He is knowledgeable and very personable. A++ would be my “grade” for his efforts.

Jose was very professional, answered all my questions. I would suggest that you train your phone operators on giving a correct quote a little better, she was not correct.
