Enjoyed Eric’s approach and positive energy
This was my first experience dealing with vehicle maintenance since my husband passed away in February as he always took care of this job. I was obviously very nervous but Eric made the encounter an absolutely positive experience. He explained each step of what they were doing(like topping off fluids, brake checks, tire pressure, etc) along the way and what to expect next. I am so grateful for Eric and all of your kind staff. David did a good job, but it seems to me that if you have a pricing structure in place to replace rusted license plate screws that this is a problem that Toyota should fix. I don't recall having this issue with any other vehicle.
