As this was a only yes no I do want to explain more. I was happy with drop off and intent of appointment. Not sure what is all included in "full detail". There was still a little dust behind the dash screen and the bed of truck wasn't done at all. Im not looking for another makeup but feels wrong to not be fully transparent in service.

Provided good enough service but seemed to rush through checkout and did not allow any time for questions when area seemed slow and not many cars were in the service driveway

I appreciate the work on my car, but I thought I was supposed to get my oil changed at 10,000 miles, so I'm a little confused about that.
Happy that the oil change I discussed when I scheduled my appointment and mentioned when I checked in was not performed. And I was dismissed with a curt, "It's not due." I am well aware that the recommendation by Toyota is 10000 miles. The 'you're just a woman who doesn't know what she's talking about' feel that I received when picking up my car was disgusting. I'll be scheduling an oil change elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly. I called yesterday and I got in today and it was done right away in the morning and there was a phone call to let me know that they have received my truck into the shop and there was another email so the communication was very prompt picking up a truck and getting it paid was also very straightforward.
