Oil was left on top of the skid plate of my truck. It left a puddle of oil in my garage. At first I thought it was leaking oil until I realized oil was on top of the skid plate. I ended up crawling underneath my vehicle to clean up the mess left by the technician.
Jesse Deyo was fantastic to work with. He stayed in contact and kept me informed during every step of the process with my vehicle. He explained things in a way I could understand, and his thorough knowledge of my vehicle was evident.

The process of dropping off the car and picking up were really easy and executed flawlessly. I never got confirmation that the recall wasn't needed or applied. I assume that is true. The only interaction with the service rep after dropping off the car was suggesting that I need new cabin and engine air filters. I had the cabin air filter replaced just last year, which should've been obvious since it wasn't OEM. At the very least, since you share "media" with the customer now, take a picture of the dirty filter. No pictures were provided. I wasn't going to even say anything about the replacement suggestion feeling smarmy until I drove it home. What was irritating is that when I got the car home, the glove box wouldn't stay closed because it wasn't reinstalled completely. Not a big deal to re-seat myself, but it felt like a lack of attention to detail that I'd hope my mechanic to have.
Had battery issues and drove in without an appointment. Greg helped diagnosis the issue and offered options. Was able to get the car repaired the next day and got all maintenance and recalls scheduled and completed as well. A stressful evening ended up better than ok because of his help.
