I have no issue with Justin. He was very professional and engaged with a customer based on my expectations. My problem is I have is I have an $80,000 vehicle where the heat can be on 85° from the vents and the temperature at the window is 50° lower. I’m being told based on your technicians that the wind noise/air seepage is consistent with what should be expected based on the mirror package and truck configuration. That is absolutely asinine that the temperature around my door frame from the A pillar to the B pillar is between 30° and 35° different. This problem is consistent on all the doors, and there continues to be a problem. There is a problem with the weather stripping / door seals on this truck.

The filters should be part of servi,g the car. You should not be charged to the owners.

My car ran better on the cold thank it does now. I replaced the battery last year and I’m guessing that it’s busted again. How that escaped the multi point inspection, I would like to know.

I was somewhat surprised that by 10am your express service was already running 20 minutes late for a 10k service - my truck was still outside at 10:20 for a 10:00 appointment, and I arrived a few minutes early. Seems the multi-point inspection, oil change & tire rotation were completed fairly quickly once you got it into the service bay, as I was out the door by about 11:15.

Vehicle makes a high pitch noise when defrosting. I was told that’s normal. That’s a lie. Other vehicles don’t do it.

Professional employees in all departments. I feel that under a recall that is out of my control that all expenses including fuel refill for loaner vehicles should be covered by Toyota.
