It was my first time for a service appointment. I was surprised at how huge the facility is. I didn’t know the “ropes” but I’m sure I’ll do better next time.

Wish I got a notification my car was ready to be picked up. Not sure how much extra time I was in the lobby waiting for a call or text. Brought the car in at 11am. Left at 2pm. Got a call from Jose a little after noon with the results from the multi-point, we decided not to go through with the tire rotation I requested,and he said the oil change be done in an hour and a half or so. 1.5 hours seems a long time for just an oil change. To be fair, it was busy when I showed up, but people that arrived well after me were leaving before me. I looked outside and saw my car parked and had to inquire at the front desk.
Paperwork said the car was ready at 12:40ish. The guy at the desk said Jose could have just printed the sheet off at that time so there’s no way to tell if it was in fact done at that time.
The light for low air in tires was still on when I got in the car. I understand this is something that shouldn’t be an expectation, but it was something I was looking forward to not dealing with on a super cold day.

I’m so relieved to have a new battery! I had to jump my car 8 times due to a weakened battery. I appreciate your great service, Greg! Thank you so much! Overall, I as happy with my service experience. However, I would like to make some suggestions. Please cover the driver side floor mat with a piece of paper and use more care when entering and exiting the vehicle to prevent shoe contact on the door sill and bottom edge of door. You could also offer the option of the vehicle owner driving the vehicle into the express bay for service and even stay seated in the vehicle while the service is being done to speed up the communication process with the Owner and to prevent dirt accumulation and damage to the interior of the vehicle. Ninety percent of vehicle owners will not accept that option, but I would because of the issue with potential damage to the interior of my vehicle. I had to clean dirt residue off my floor mat, door sill, and bottom edge of the door. This is an unnecessary issue that I should not have to deal with after each service visit. I would be happy to discuss this with a service manager.

Actually Jesse Deyo was kind and informative. It was very disappointing to spend $223 just to have warning lights turned off. The warning lights warned me not to drive my car but to take my Venza to the dealer. Your service department found nothing wrong. I will think twice about purchasing another Toyota.
