This was my first time at Smart and I was very impressed with the facilities and the customer service. Jesse was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I didn’t once feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I will definitely be coming back for all future services. Thanks again!!

My cars alignment was fine when I brought the car in. After service is was entirely screwed up and listing hard to the right. Then I got to pay $180 to fix that issue. I won’t be returning since I had to pay for an issue created by smart motors. My first time there and it was highly disappointing and poor. The service advisor didn’t seem to broken up or curious when I said I wouldn’t be coming back. Good luck and thanks for taking my money

I have my 14V battery changed last year and it died on me this year again. Service people were not welcoming or acted as if it is my fault for their faulty battery. This is an inconvenience for me and I want Toyota to check their battery quality before installing them.
