Mallory went above and beyond my expectations to determine the nature and cause of the problem with my car. She then was able to have the problem corrected. She knew we would not be able to wait all day to have my car looked at, so she took the steps that were necessary to take care of everything expeditiously. Service could not find my display mileage problem so I am kinda stuck with worse gas mileage then previous winter driving.

Toyota Service Staff Provided Excellent Work on Fixing My Highlander
When we bought the car we paid extra for a windshield rain and snow repellent treatment that was supposed to be renewed every service visit. Now I was told that it’s no longer available and you are looking for an alternative.

I had a tire pressure failure repaired on a Friday. As I drove the car home that night, the tire pressure indicator flashed and then stayed solid again. I called Ian when I got home and he had me bring the car back on Monday morning, arranged a loaner car for me, and ensured the sensors were all re-checked, which resulted in a second sensor needing replacement. This time no low inflation light on the dashboard on the drive home!
