Our coupon was not applied correctly as we only received a 75 cent discount. In addition, the maintenance required light was not reset. And it took over 90 minutes for an oil change & tire rotation. Not the best experience that's for sure.

I still am confused about my bill. The service rep who sold me a $359 service package and a $70 oil leak dye then tried to explain to me why my total charges were $59 more expensive than the the total of the two services should have added up to be. She said labor was included and then she said it wasn't, then she mentioned "percentages" but did not break those down in a way that I understood. I left because I was in a hurry and I also felt that she was done with trying to explain the math to me. She basically said "it's above my pay grade" which although honest, was discourteous. What she did not do was refer me to anyone who could break it down to me.

Paul was so helpful in spite of my needing to back out of the appointment. I would definitely enjoy working with him again.
Mallory helped me make sure my car was really ready to be out if the shop. With five different teens driving this car over the years, I was very concerned approaching 210k the starter might ge going bad. The team at Smart tested it; kept it overnight in the cold, cold started it the next day to do their best to predict if it was okay or needed to be replaced. Thank you!

It took 1.5 hours to rotate the tires. I don’t know if the staff was understaffed. Otherwise, I’m happy with the results.

Really appreciate the patience and effort for working with us to finally discover and resolve over two years long saga of the TPMS indicator lights that keep on turning on randomly since we bought the 4 new tires from Smart motors, with the third tire replacement fallen out of warranty.
