Really appreciate the patience and effort for working with us to finally discover and resolve over two years long saga of the TPMS indicator lights that keep on turning on randomly since we bought the 4 new tires from Smart motors, with the third tire replacement fallen out of warranty. David is a very kind, patient and professional person trying to help me with an issue that ended up being an Apple IPhone glitch that caused my Apple Car Play to disappear completely. The Apple Store was irresponsible . David and 2 product specialists were awesome. They were willing to go the extra mile. the Apple Store staff person at Hilldale was ridiculous thankfully the Apple care support person came through. Once the software glitch was resolved, David told me how to re connect Apple Care Play . Thank you for asking, I give David a 10
