I was a disappointed in my bill. I was under the impression when I bought my car that I would receive 2 free oil changes. I guess that was not the case, $152.00 later, plus a 45 minute drive there & back.
I had no appointment, but they got me in right away and took care of the problem. I ended up buying a new set of tires, but I was very satisfied.

Ian was polite but not overly friendly. Seemed put off when I handed him this coupon (was sent to me in the mail) from Smart for the service I had done today. Said something like “if you would if given me this earlier it wouldn’t take so long now”. I guess I didn’t think it was a big deal.
