It was frustrating to arrive at 6:00 a.m. for an "Express Service", and not be complete until 9:00 a.m. (for a 30 minute service.)
The service was great but online payment which I wanted to do like last time they couldn't do but otherwise good
David Killerlain was very professional and gracious. He treated me with respect and restored my trust with Smart Motors Toyota. I have been a customer for 20 years and because of Mr Killerlain's efforts, I will gladly continue to do business with Toyota.

I already talked to Sam I think it was about my dissatisfaction I had on my visit that day. We always were satisfied with Smart but lately things are not the same and that is very disappointing
She was really friendly and nice and always had a smile on her face. This next part isn’t about anyone specific but it’s sad that for an oil change and tire rotation that it’s now almost $150. I feel like a few years ago I could get an oil change That came with a free tire rotation for Max 85 maybe $90.
Joseph was great about keeping us informed about what work needed to be done and that filters needed to be replaced. Great experience!

I had excellent service personnel and very good explanations but I was there for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It was well explained to me that there was a new policy in place. I needed it done. Luckily I brought enough to occupy myself. I was pleased by the treatment I received by personnel.
