Always have given your dealer 100% over the nine years and last four cars I have purchased from Smart.
It took two weeks to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and a half to get the work done. The cost was a ridiculous $145, when the same work was $85 a few months ago. I’ve been a loyal customer for 24 years, but now I have to ask myself why.
Jesse kept me informed at every step in the process.
Service was great but it took an hour and a half to get a tire rotation
1. When dropping off the car, I was told by the service manager that the information we provided when making the appt online was not available to him. Is that accurate? What's the point of filling out the form if no one is going to look at it? Had to call my spouse for details already provided.
2. Communication was lacking (this has *not* been our experience with Smart in the past). Over the course of the five business days (7 total) that you had the car, we had to call several times to learn the status, which we needed because we were sharing a car. It felt like he thought we were bothering him. Few details were provided when we did talk to the service manager, and no arrangements were made to keep us informed on his day off. In the grand scheme of things, this is minor, but maybe an opportunity to improve operations.

The service was good but it took quite a long time to get done. It was a tire rotation and multi point inspection that took an hour and a half. The service was excellent and I will be back but the time is a killer
