I understand that I had to wait for a little longer since I went without any appointment. During check in I was informed about 1.5 hrs of waiting time. But the total process took my 3.5 hrs of time!

They were a little backed up , but came and talked to me about my vehicle and when it would be done. When it was finished he checked me, out walked me to my car and opened the door for me . Nice young man !
