Appt at 1:15, didn't get out until 3:00. Had to come back because my maintenance reminder was not reset and never updated sticker for next service.
It was a really great experience at Toyota dealer with your associate. He paid attention to my request because, I had to start my job at metro an expecific hour (I explained him that I was needed at least 30 minutes to get there) so, he offered me ride if my car was not ready 30 minutes before to punch in. Thank you
Took a little longer than I expected, but the team was really friendly and communicative. They had ran into a small problem with my vehicle but came out good I will keep using them as my oil change provider but could fix some small issues

Staff is very friendly, but as customers we should get a heads up if the service that is being provided will take longer than usual. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation, I was in the shop for over2 hours!.

Issue wasn’t addressed. I called today 3/18 and service rep couldn’t even find the notes or appt details in the system. Key Fob continues to not working intermittently. I want a working key fob without any more

Continuing the complaint (I think my first in 23 years as a Smart Motos customer). The new bill format is very hard to read and to understand. Jacob said I needed new brake pads (down to 6 mm) and rotors. When the last maintenance was done in September 2023, I was told that the front brake pads were at 6 mm (THE SAME AS ON FRIDAY) and that we would wait and follow the wear. The explanation for the brake fluid flush is that it’s done every 45,000 miles. That service was performed at 60,000 miles, only 30,000 miles ago. Am I missing something? At this point I feel like we’re being fleeced with the brake pads and the brake fluid flush scheduled for work on Wednesday for mor than $700. Yours, Doris D

I dropped my car off on Saturday. About an hour later, I received a text saying that my car was ready to be picked up and so headed back to the dealership, only to find out that the text was an automated one and my car was still being serviced (after waiting for about 10 minutes). At that point, I was told it would only be another 15 minutes but decided not to stay. I finally received a phone call an hour later that it was actually ready. While I realize that nothing is instant, I really don’t appreciate the way I was inconvenienced by having to drive all over town
