I have been coming to Smart Motors for service for the past 7 years. This was most definitely my worst experience. The appointments keep getting longer and longer for something that should take no more than 15 minutes. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with the service that used to be top notch.

I dropped my car off at 7 am said I had to have it done by 3:15 , I still didn't have a call by 2:20 so called and my car wasn't even started on. Luckily they got it in and done by 3:20 but they seems rushed and why it take all day when my car was there when u opened. Plus if I hadn't call it probably won't have been done. Just seemed like I had to make calls to get it done rather than u calling me to say it was completed. Just frustrated with me having to following up.
Beyond some of the staffing & availability issues which were beyond tech control the service was excellent, professional, & final diagnostic from issues were much cheaper than what was initially anticipated
I was surprised at how quickly my car was ready to go after drop off.
Ian was very professional and explained everything thoroughly.
Gonna drive this great vehicle until it reaches 1,000,000,001 miles and breaks the record :)

Too much bureaucracy. People would look at me yet not help or get someone to help. Even though they were doing nothing except looking at me. Then of course it would end up with them being the person that should have helped me in the first place
He was extremely nice and personable. He has excellent customer service skills.
They told me 35 minutes and it was 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I think they were short of staff. I had an appointment.
