The dealer did not work on my car the day I dropped it off. And didn’t call me to tell me that. I had to call and ask for the status and was surprised late afternoon to learn they did not even start to work on the car.
Wait is a little bit to long when we have a 1 1/2 hour drive. This is our 5th car we have bought with toyota.

All of the staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner, helping me transfer packages from my vehicle to the loaner and at pickup the tire manager helped me complete the rebate form. Exceptional service in all aspects!
Very good service experience
I have noticed that is extremely difficult to have you guys actually apply the coupons you offer. I mentioned the coupon at check in, I mentioned them again at the work approval stage, and had to bring it up again after the bill did not reflect the coupon when I was paying. This pattern has been consistent at Smart. If you offer deals, it would be best that you honor them without requiring the customer to repeatedly badger your employees. David and the service were real good. But, I do dislike having to ask again and again for my $60 off of $1200 of work.

I have never had a good experience with the express lube. The maintenance lamp never gets reset. This time I was never given the inspection report. Was it even done? We service our vehicles with you so that things should be cared for. At check out, I asked what we needed to know about future service needs. I was given an “I don’t know” response. When another employee was questioned, I find out that at this visit, (45,000 miles) other work should have been completed. The whole reason we call to set up an appointment is for you to inform us of needed services. Have decided to switch our business to local mechanic for the future.
I had a great conversation with him regarding work done on my car and what may be needed in the future. My experience was totally cool! He is an asset to your company.
