Joe did a great job. Quick and efficient. I talk to Joe about my expired oil change package that came with my Camry when I bought it. He was able to get management to help me saved over a hundred dollars. Time is tough and that saved money put food on my families table for a whole week. Kudo to Joe and his manager!
Gregorio was great! He really came through for me in a big way after a bad piece of software in use by Toyota got my visit off to a rocky start.
My son took the pickup in because engine light was on and it needed an oil change. They identified the code for MAF sensor and noted noise from wheel bearing. I request no repairs be made at this time. When my got the pickup home he said it was running worse than ever. When I looked at it I found the MAF sensor was not connected after it was cleaned. I've instructed my son not take the pickup to smart motors again because of this and another incident when the oil was left out after an oil change.
Service was great but I had asked for the rear brakes to be done at the same time since they were close to being needing to be done. And they weren't. I guess we'll just wait a bit and see but I would have preferred to have them all done and ready now

I didn’t have issues with my tire pressure sensor until I took my car in for new brakes and tires. I am disappointed this happened and believe Smart Motors messed up but didn’t want to admit so I had to pay for it. I have spent so much money and time this week at Smart Motors. I am very upset and not impressed.

The mechanic was fabulous. My issue is I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for the 1:30 time slot and was informed upon arrival that there were several cars ahead of me. Why do you offer appointments if you don't honor them? My car didn't get out of there until after 3pm. I guess I'm confused about your version of 'appointment'. I could have just done drive up without appointment and came back when they tell me to. If I really didn't need this oil change, I would've left and come back another time. I realize things come up but if you're going to offer appointment times for oil changes, then you really should honor them. Your staff is very nice during check in. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was unless you had a demanding customer that wouldn't take no for an answer and ended up messing the rest of us up.

The dealer did not work on my car the day I dropped it off. And didn’t call me to tell me that. I had to call and ask for the status and was surprised late afternoon to learn they did not even start to work on the car.
