I arrived at 6:30 AM for 1st come, 1st served service. Yet a car that arrived after me was serviced before me. NOT pleased.

BTW: TPMS light went out as you suggested it would!

My reason for bringing my Prius in for service was a burned out driver’s side headlight. While driving this evening, I was very relieved to have both headlights fully operational. I appreciate your efforts to help me keep my car, fully functional. Thank you!

I don't consider an oil change,tire rotation and one filter replaced in 1:47 hours exactly Express service. Yes I had an appointment and arrived on time. This is the third time in a row I have experienced this type of "express" service. In the future I'll drop car for day.

He attended to my concerns and kept me updated on progress with the vehicle as well as promptly calling me when the car was due for pickup. Very much appreciated.

I very much appreciate the “first come, first serve” option for service. However, it would make everyone feel better about their place “in line” for service if you had a ticket machine where the customer goes and gets their ticket upon arrival. I was #5 at 6:15 am, and at least 10 more cars arrived before 7:00 am. Since we were instructed to not park behind the cars in Bays 1-4, it was difficult to sort out the sequence of who came and when.
I requested to have snow ties replaced with summer tires when I scheduled initial appointment. Was told I had to have a separate appointment for that. Not convenient.
I had service agreement, didn’t know when he talked to me about filters that needed to be change, that should come up easier to see that I have device agreement, thanks Bill
