It was a very busy day and all your staff were working non-stop and were always courteous and helpful with everyone.
I made an appointment and my oil change and tire rotation still took two hours.
The service work was fine. There was an issue with regard to coverage of an extended warranty that I had just purchased. It didn’t cover what I thought it did. It was quite frustrating. No issues with the service though.

Jesse was great and kept me updated about the truck and insurance. I know the insurance company was a lot of extra work. Jesse even installed the wheel caps I bought. Thank yous to your sales manager for splitting 50/50 one of the repairs.

The service on my vehicle was fine, no complaints but the new service area waiting lounge is ridiculously small for the volume of services. Had to stand for nearly an hour with screaming kids, not cool. Would consider other options in the future.

Very slow. Had an appointment for 1:30, didn't finish until 3:15.
I wasn’t given enough details about what repairs were needed. I was not told that my tires were getting replaced and I was not given any sort of choice about what kind of tires I could choose from and the pricing. I feel like there wasn’t great communication, and that was a bummer. Kind of broke some trust with Smart Toyota.
