You are all awesome. I get the help I need everytime whether it's an oil change, a question about my car or getting my license plate off. Shout out to Ian and everyone else that spends time explaining things to me or works on my vehicle.

The staff was awesome providing me guidance on how to address a problem that I am having with my fan. She provided very sound guidance on a possible next step. Thank you.

I have never had such quick and efficient service

The changed procedure is less personal but probably imore efficient. I get confused by the special offers that arrive online often - the statement that we must ask for discounts as the order is being written order is so hard to do and then follow through.. I think I missed the amount today allocated if the car is more than 10 years old. My car was purchased by me new and is a 2010 .Prius. Checking out was a challenge because the young man doing the final paperwork spoke so softly despite my leaning forward and asking him to repeat because I couldn’t hear him. It would have been better customer service (training hint) for him to realize I am hard of hearing and speak louder. As it was my son repeated what he said. With an aging population and the many young people with hearing loss it would really help if customer service people were aware of the clues. Malissa who signed me in was excellent: she wil be a great customer service person. In the past Smart Motors has been a quality business with excellent customer service - I hope the new owners listen to their customers and employees and continue to be the best - in workmanship and customer service.

Excellent service-Jacob one of the service people was extremely helpful and courteous. Lorica at the service desk was also very professional and helpful. We were helped by Jacob with 2 issues we had a problem with, and we really appreciated his help. There was another person at the service desk who tried to help with one of our problems whose name I don’t know. He was also helpful and professional. Thank you for a very positive experience.
