Everything was very good from start to finish. Communication was great. No complaints.
My first experience with Smart Toyota service. A very positive experience. Paul explained everything, the loaner car was appreciated and so simple to take and return, and I appreciated the effort Paul took to give us the benefit of Toyota care, which I didn’t even realize I had. I felt like I was treated as a VIP!

Came in for an oil change, but was totally unaware this car was a every 10,000 mile oil change. Thought it was every 5,000 miles. Finished with tire rotation was told that front tires now back tires with the rotation were almost bald. Being I just bought car in January and tires were brand new something wasn't right. Technician made a mistake on paperwork. They were still good. Thanks for the car wash.

I had an appointment and was a little frustrated that my car didn’t get taken back for almost 30 minutes after I arrived.

I felt Ian did a great job of welcoming me this morning and keeping me informed during thie check-in process, the maintenance process and check-out process. The only constructive comment I would have is to make every effort to have more than two bays open first thing in the morning.

Used express lane but had to wait in a Que because there were 7 people before me. Don’t see a point in an express lane if I have to wait in que
