He was very open, honest - about timing, and everything that occurred. Even about a little oil spill and how they handled cleaning it up. He explained what (may) occur, so that I could be prepared if it happened to know if something was 'off' when driving home.

I was told that my car had been inspected, everything looked fine and work was completed.. I expected to be called to the desk within a few minutes but after a half an hour I went up and checked. No one paid attention to me or asked me if I needed anything. Finally somebody asked me if I needed help. I asked where my car was and no one seem to know. It apparently had been finished for sometime.

I appreciate the work done on my vehicle and expect it was done well by the mechanics. One of your best assets is Jacob Schanke. He was professional and courteous but most of all he had the good common sense to speak softly to me about the inspection and oil change and not announce it to all others sitting in the waiting room.
