Paul was great, very personable, we shared some eclipse stories. He even went above and beyond by bringing my RAV4 into the garage bay and had the snow removed from my vehicle.

Your waiting room was cramped and uncomfortable. You would talk to the customer about the repairs in front of everyone. I don’t want to have everyone here about my vehicle needs.

The warning alert on the vehicle was never reset after my service. I had to go back to the dealership to get it reset. The person on the phone who i called didn’t know how to reset it. And i had to wait for 10 minutes when i got to the dealership.
