The whole experience was great. Arturo handed me back the car and I had some questions. He answered all of them and helped me reset the dashboard to digital. He also reset the clock for me to daylight savings time. All in the middle of a spring snowstorm! Thank you

Wait time was much longer than told to expect. Often, staff don’t know exactly the parameters of warranty, and prepaid service visits without extreme confusion & research.

My daughter brought the car in on an issue with the car being broken into when locked. The issue was never fixed and she was charged $200.00
