Staff was friendly. They were quick and efficient appreciated that they weren’t pushy you’re trying to do other things. I just got an oil change and a tire rotation and it was just what I needed.

Waited much longer than the quoted time. Asked for a courtesy shuttle to my office 1 mile away and didn't get it. Car was started and stopped 6 times by staff just to move it 1 spot over which is excessive and annoying.

Communication was not very clear throughout the process. I really appreciate being given a rental car, but was surprised the part wasn’t ordered considering I had made the appointment 1.5 months ago. I came home to have my car taken care of at smart Toyota because service has been incredible in the past.
Eric updated me on what my car needed. He was very cordial and explained things well. Great customer service!!! Wait time was reasonable. Overall a great experience
Lorica was great. When I went to pick up at 6:45, all the doors for the Express Service were locked. I could see people inside, but they wouldn’t come to the door. I then went down to the other service and then let me in and walked me through the building back to Express Service. There was no acknowledgment that they had just seen me trying to get in. One woman was on her phone during the process saying, “She was the last one there and would be leaving in 10 min”, which was before the scheduled end time of 7. Then I went to leave and had to unlock the door to get out. One of them said to another, “Did you already lock that door?” And she got up to let me out. I told her I already unlocked it and saw myself out. If the posted close time is 7, the doors shouldn’t be locked at 6:45, and those people shouldn’t be getting paid during that time because they were not working.
The service advisor was great and informative. I was surprised to hear that a wrong size air filter was put in my vehicle from a prior service and was replaced. I was not charged for this. Also, I wad told on my last service they had the back seat done light working. It wasn’t. This visit he saw to getting the bulb replaced. Important to me as I have grandkids often and used by them at times.
I do not wish to discuss this further. The service itself was fine, but the interaction with the service personnel was less than satisfactory.
