Worse than your usual mediocre service
Paul was very kind and professional. He told me what to expect, set me up with a loaner vehicle, called when work was complete, and for thorough on pick up.
Communication was clear and concise. Justin and team did a phenomenal job!

I work on performance cars, hacking ECUs, building engines, tuning, and building networks that read engine diagnostics professionally. I was pressured into purchasing overpriced tires by your sales people. I felt embarrassed just from responding to the tire quote saying I wanted to check other places. Your tire sales team raised their voice at me in a way that made me feel like they were tying to embarrass me infront of other customers. Guess what, I found the EXACT same tires for $550 cheaper within 60 seconds of this embarassment. Since I was treated like a retard, I will not be returning for service after my new car service plan ends. I will not be treated so unprofessionally and not listened to in order for some ignorant sales person to try and make a sale. The tires on my car were ALMOST to the wear mark. That was a **** experience.
No car wash available and no update on engine recall timeline.
Truck was done in one hour from arrival to completion. First time in this part of service and it seemed efficient. No issues with my vehicle. I can check/ change my two air filtets and save a lot if money with the same brand of filters.What was VERY obvious was the heavy upsell on two older women, one about tires where the salesman was recomendingvtge most expensive of three class of tires and another on another issue. It might have been a cabin filter. This was in front of all the people waiting for their vehicles. This is a bad look and we were all
looking at each other as this was taking place. Don't try this on me.
I had an appointment at 9. My car was still sitting there a long time. I know overwhelmed. He was friendly at the end. But everything just seemed so not in touch with customer. Then when I drove away. My maintenance light was not reset. Went back. And the guy had ear buds in and did not understand he was new. He called someone to reset it. But guess I m used to more friendly customer service. Just seemed like robots.

My car continues to lunge when I brake. Apparently it’s because it’s a hybrid but it doesn’t always do it which is just as frustrating as if it were to do it all the time.
Justin got me in right away even tho I didn’t have an appointment, had my 12volt battery tested and replaced all without charge…

First of all, I would like to thank Peter for sending Jeremy out to give me a jump and follow me back to the service department. That was above and beyond the call of duty so thank you so so much for that. Gregorio was very professional and working with me in my concerns about my new vehicle battery issues. I am thankful that it was covered under warranty and that’s all of an issue there was. I also purchased a new to your service package at Gregorio and offered, and I am pleased with that purchase.
