The mechanic gave me a complete report on the condition of my RAV4 And he answered my question about whether I should have body work done on the car to repair a dented trunk lid He answered with information about a probable cost and that I should consider whether it would increase the trade in value by the repair expenditure. I considered this to be well above what I would expect of a Mechanic. He obviously is aware of the issues of car ownership beyond basic mechanics. I could see that he could rise to the level of a supervisor or maybe even a new car sales person.

Every time I get an oil change under warranty Toyota attempts to charge me. I say it’s covered and it is, and then continue with the next. How do I know when my warranty expires

Rep. was a bit difficult to understand; talked too fast and indistinctly and I had to ask him to repeat several times. Waiting room: strong, unpleasant smell of exhaust.
