I am very frustrated and upset that you all acknowledge that there are issues with my new car but that "there is nothing" that you all can or will do to address them. Or the same old line of "well that's just the way it is". I have had multiple frustrating experiences like this at your location. Not buying another new car from you all again. I would have appreciated if Greg had kept me up to date on the status of my car. All of a sudden I got a text message saying that my car was ready. I never received any information about what work or investigation was done until I asked for the details. Shouldn't I get this information first before telling me my car is ready?

Arturo was great, very friendly. I mentioned to the man who checked me in that I had free tire rotations from when I bought my tires. However, even after re-mentioning it again, I still was charged for the rotation.. instead of receiving an instant credit, I was told it would go back to my credit card within the next week! We’ll see.

My instrument panel was not restored back to its original display. Just meant I had to refer to my owners manual to fix it myself. Whoever took the cabin air filter out neglected to put the cover back.

Toyota messed up by a flimsy installation of a panel on the bottom of my Highlander. When l explained the situation, Asst manager Ines(?) assured me it would be taken care of and it was at no cost to me.
