I understand how the first come first serve oil change work versus how it use to be when you had full staff and supplies. Your team deals with a lot of “don’t get it” frustrated customers.
I hope their efforts in managing customer expectations is recognized and rewarded.

I was a little concerned about how long my car had to o be in the shop but he assured me it would be ready by Wednesday and it was! As he told me, “your RAV4 is ready to come home”.
