My car was finished before my original appointment time. I dropped it off and they were very receptive about it. They guy checking me in was very nice. And cute ;)

So far, I am satisfied with the work but withhold my decision for a few months. What I was disappointed with was the bill. All I wanted completed was to disconnect the cruise control. And for that the bill was exorbitant charge ($190). Otherwise Justin did an excellent job.

Checking in was great. It was very easy and everyone knew what they were doing. But I got a message when my vehicle was done to come on and pick it up. When I went to the desk no body acknowledged me or offered to help me. Stood around for awhile and finally went up to the desk The person there just said the paperwork wasn’t there so it wasn’t ready. I showed them the message that my car was done. Had to wait 30 minutes. Why did they send message that it was done if it wasn’t? This happened to me at 5000 mile checkup too. Nobody at the checkout desk even acknowledged I was there. Seems like that could be improved

I called to make an appt. Then the confirming e-mail stated a week past the discussed date. When calling back to discuss the error, the service person couldn't change it. When arriving 3 minutes prior to your designated time, I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to have my tires rotated and have a filter changed. I find that not to be customer focused. This is becoming the norm at Smart, and not acceptable!

Very prompt and did just what was necessary- my service worker explained prices and everything and even found my coupon on my car seat I forgot!!! Great fast service

Jesse was great. He dealt with the problems . But I think brakes should last more than 3 years. Especially since most of my travel is 10 miles roundtrip to work every day. And I've done all the recommended maintenance for Smart to catch it. Also nuts for winter tires are not in the car when I unpacked them
