Had a 4:30 appointment at the express lane and it still took an hour and a half the get an oil change and a tire rotation. Seems like there is not much point to making an appointment.

I will NEVER give Smart Toyota another dime of my money. As the owner of 4 Toyota vehicles, I would rather drive them to Stevens Point for service than to be yanked around by your joke of a service department. I know my voice does not matter to you though. You will keep up your bait and switch tactics and dishonest business practices no matter what. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt too many times. I see a pattern of dishonesty. I will not be back and will preach from the rooftops to not trust Smart Toyota in West Madison.

Everything was fine but honestly 90 minutes for only a tire rotation seems excessive. No other concerns, staff were friendly and the work got done.
