Despite the mystery of what caused the problems, Dave Killerlain and Brad Bretthauer were attentive, not rushed, willing to explain the situation and options. Ultimately, the cause of problems was from an outside vendor and Dave’s advice re: how to remedy should prove useful. Dave & Brad went beyond the standard of excellence to assure me of the care from Smart and that, if needed, they could be available if needed again. These staff members are remarkable and your best - they are “keepers!”
I was pleased with the updates and car was completed in a timely manner with all the work that needed to be done.
Eric was great! He explained what was going on with car and what was covered under my extended maintenance plan. And he answered all my questions.
My service visit involved some tough questions regarding an issue with my car based on a TSB regarding the fueling system. Dave patiently explained why my warranty was not able to cover the remediation and was absolutely professional, courteous and articulate. He knew I wasn't happy with the outcome and made sure I had a chance to speak to Peter, the service manager. David was outstanding.
