I have been a 30+ year customer at Smart Motor always having my service done there at the express bays. The wait use to be very short then a few years ago the wait was longer and I was given a time to return and got right in for service at my time. Now yesterday that has once again changed. I came in asking for a time to return as the wait was 1 1/2 hrs. I was told that process was d/c’d 2 mos ago. My options were to leave my car and go so where for that time period, come back another time, make an appt for the appt bays or stay in waiting area for 1 1/2 hrs. I chose to wait as I knew coming back would be the same options. It took 2 hrs before my car was done. The customer service for express work has sure deteriorated over these years and as I result I will be going elsewhere for quicker service as my time is also important.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior and was told it would be at 11:30 at bay 6. Even received a reminder. My car did not go into service until 12:30 and ended up in bay 2. This is the second time something like this has happened to me. My time is valuable too.
