JOHN WAS GOOD, the retired soldier that helped me out in the morning was good, but between John & the “ranger”, it kind of broke down. I brought my Venza in at 9:45 AM, for an oil & got it back at 4:00 PM. Had it not been for John it would have been even later! Duane
Eric was the best! Very communicative, and when he learned I needed to leave quickly, he bent over backwards to ensure my vehicle was finished and helped me hurry out the door. Very grateful for his kindness and helpfulness!
Service took almost an hour longer than promised. Plus, the keys were left on the dash, where they slid down and fell into the steering wheel column. A total of 10 people searched the car over the course of an hour. Finally, the car was taken to the service department, where the front of the dash was taken off, and the keys were found. I suggest a better place to put the keys after service is in the cupholder, which is where we left them when we left the car for service. Otherwise, the service itself was fine.

I called to schedule an oil change, brake fluid flush. When I arrived I was told they did not have time for brake fluid flush. After talking with the service manager he was able to make it happen. Sounds like there is a disconnect in your scheduling system. When I called I asked if the differentials had been serviced and was told it had not. I checked my receipts and it in fact had been done so we had another item missed that should have been early seen in your computer records. Had I taken his word for it I would have payed for work not needed. I pass this along so you can be aware and work on improving
