My car was not ready when it was supposed to be on a Friday, held through the weekend. It was supposed to be ready Monday afternoon, after receiving the text that it was ready still had to wait two hours to finish the car. A lot of confusion when picking up the car Monday evening. I don’t doubt the service job was good, the communication was poor this time.

I hesitate, but I want to be honest. Ian was short, gruff, and certainly not friendly. He was rather rude about whether or not I listened to a voicemail that he had sent (this is just merely one example of our experience with him) If Smart Motors is about customer service, and your technicians set that tone; I am sorry to report that my wife and I were far from impressed with Ian’s demeanor throughout the entire process from initial contact through handing us the keys to leave. I have been a consistent customer for many years (3 new vehicles), and I have come to expect positive, patient and friendly staff. Ian is one of the first to disappoint. Mark D

Just the fact that l wasn’t expecting to get my service done until 5 or 6 o’clock. As it turned out l was driving away by around 2:30. Everything done to perfection as far as l could tell.
