I had low tire pressure and also almost ready for 5,000 mi service. They fixed tire and were able to service my car in express lane…wait time was reasonable considering I didn’t,’t have an appt. …about 1 1/2 hr and on my way.
I would like to say that I’ve had many vehicle serviced over the years of my life, and I would like to say that the representation that you’re service technician Lorica had exhibited today was some of the best service from an individual I have ever received. Ian was great but the wait was very long and several cars that arrived later got serviced before me. Including one guy who blatantly cut the line in the parking lot. It was a zoo.

It appeared that there were plenty of technicians but I was at Smart for over 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. I had a scheduled appointment and feel you were severely overbooked.

I was told the service would take an hour. They didn't even start for an hour. Once they started, it only took 15 minutes. Don't waste my time.
Also, I use rainX washer fluid and told two people not to touch the washer fluid, but it was topped off anyway. Not happy with the service.
You have fantastic staff. You just need more of them to provide more timely service.
