Auto part heat shield was not available but was shown to be available in computer inventory. Was told part is now backordered with no expected delivery date. Larger washer screws were used to try to mitigate problem but heat shield still continues to rattle. Main issue I brought car in for servicing was not resolved.

Justin did just fine. He’s doing his job. It is Smart Motors and your business practices that I have some serious issues with. I’m told first that I need to replace rear wheel bearings on both sides, that they are both bad and must be replaced. One is in stock, one must be ordered. After I vent my frustrations to Justin over the enormous cost of repairs($1000.00 earlier in the month for new rear breaks) I spoke frankly with him about how I had lost all trust in finding honesty in any auto service, but especially at Smart. Only then did Justin come up with a very helpful idea that led to the successful completion of replacing only the ONE wheel bearing that actually really needed fixing. The other side could well, wait until it needed it!! Wow! Happy customer. My bill was cut in half. And whatever trust I might have hung on to was shredded. Don’t be dishonest with your customers. You want loyal customers? Be loyal to us. Don't oversell work or products that are unnecessary. Provide accurate information and help customers problem solve. This outcome was okay BUT only because I pushed and pushed and then harder until I made my point. Most single women, especially old single women like me don’t. Think before you take advantage of someone. Is it really a net positive?

Both the receptionist who scheduled and Customer service told me it was an Info systems recall and that was not what the recall was for. I also had to call for update at 2:30 regarding potential 3 pm pick up.also told 5 service people off so repair would take 2 days. I should have been called to ask if I wanted to delay drop off. Lastly my rep had to consult with other rep about whether warranty covered tire alarm.

Noah was great! A+ I’m just disappointed because I bought my tires from Smart and feel like they didn’t last me that long. That being said the services was amazing but to invest that much and not feel like it lasted that long is frustrating. I purchased again because of my busy schedule which is frustrating because I hope I don’t have the same experience with these tires.
